Mia Mente Farm
The future we create.
About Mia Mente Farm
Mia Mente Farm was born from a heartfelt need to create a place that provides shelter, a sense of security, and a chance for a fresh start. Its founders, Magdalena Banyś and Antonio Almeida , donated agricultural land in Jarosławice, near Wrocław, as a foundation for future projects.
First stage - completed
First house, first activities
The first step was the construction of a care home, which became a new home for the Marchuk family —parents and three children who had been forced to flee Ukraine after the outbreak of war. Magdalena Banyś remained in constant contact with Tatiana Marchuk, who requested assistance in bringing the family to Poland. In March 2022, due to Dymitr Marchuk's health, which prevented him from traveling in a sitting position, the Foundation sent a medical transport for them.
Upon arrival, the family found temporary shelter in an apartment on the premises of the O2A Polska plant. The company's employees, moved by their situation, spontaneously organized a fundraiser to furnish the apartment, providing furniture, appliances, and food so that the new residents of Poland could feel at home.

Our Idea, Our Goal
Mia Mente Farm is not just a place - it's an idea intended to provide hope and a chance for a better life. We want the farm to become a space where people with disabilities can find a safe, supportive environment , enabling them to develop, receive therapy, and acquire skills that will help them function in everyday life.
Next stage - planned
Animals and the garden in the service of therapy
Naszą misją jest tworzenie przestrzeni przyjaznej rozwojowi i terapii, w której natura i jej mieszkańcy stanowią naturalne wsparcie w codziennych wyzwaniach.

Next stage - planned
Products straight from the Farm
Mia Mente Farm will soon be home to true gems for lovers of natural flavors and handicrafts – from exquisite preserves made from our own orchard fruit, through crispy pickles and pickles, to fresh eggs straight from happy hens. Unique, handcrafted ceramics with unique designs will also be available for purchase on-site or online, supporting the Mia Mente Foundation's mission and the continued development of Mia Mente Farm. This way, every purchase becomes not only a culinary or artistic treat but also a contribution to building a better future for children and young people on the autism spectrum .

Next stage - planned
Therapeutic Farm – a place full of possibilities
Our dream is to create a therapeutic farm with a house and workshop space – a day and night shelter where summer camps and therapeutic summer camps can be organized. This will allow both children and adults with disabilities to experience therapy through action, be surrounded by nature, and develop their skills in a friendly, accessible space.

Guardian's House
Creating a space of support and belonging
Construction of their permanent home at the Mia Mente Farm began in 2023. The project was developed with the support of Magdalena Banyś and Antonio Almeida , and its implementation was handled by specialists: Zbigniew Walas, Marian Droń, and Bożena Walczak from Architektura Nova, construction manager Eugeniusz Wójcik, electrical engineer Michał Bereźnicki, and the Różański family, who saw it through to completion.
In March 2025, the Marchuk family received the keys to their new home , completing the first phase of construction at the Mia Mente farm. The Caregiver's House is a spacious, two-story building with an area of 160 square meters , with three bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen, and two bathrooms. But it's not just a home—it's the beginning of a place that will eventually become a space providing joy , support, and a sense of belonging to many people in need.
